Congratulations to all the teams that competed in South Island Tournaments in 2018. This years edition of South Island Tournaments saw a combination of district and club based teams competing across the South Island. This saw an additional 613 players competiting during the two weeks of school holidays up a massive 34% from the 2017 tournament. 

The increase in participation reflects positive change as we try to facilitate "More people playing and loving football". We will hope to build on this for future editions of the tournament and try to establish tiered tournaments to open it up even further for more teams and players to get the opportunity to experience tournament football.
